- We prep and mask off the area to avoid mess spreading outside of the work zone and to protect the nearby areas of your home
- We apply the correct cleaning solution for your stone to perform a deep clean with our 17inch floor machine or hand machine, depending on the surface we are working on
- We comb the area looking for any damage or wear to the surface, and we fill as required
- We use our 17-inch floor machine with diamond pads to remove scratches, deep scratches, stains, and any excess fill from the previous step
- We apply your chosen finish to the surface. Common finishes we are asked for including polishing and honing. This involves going through different grades with the diamond pads until the desired result is achieved
- In the last step, we apply a sealant with a lambswool to protect the stone. This step closes the pores and helps to prevent staining and etching
